We are an outpatient Medication Assisted Treatment Program specializing in the treatment of opiate addiction. Our medical providers prescribe buprenorphine products to help ease the symptoms of opiate withdrawal.

Our substance use disorder and mental health treatment program uses a multi-disciplinary approach. Your care team works with you to establish a plan that fits your individual needs, including counseling sessions, medical evaluations and medication management.

Medication Assisted Treatment

Buprenorphine-based medication management, including Suboxone, Subutex, Sublocade, Brixadi and Zubsolv, in oral and long-acting injectable forms.

How do I get started?

Getting started is easy!

You can call Southwestern Recovery Center or submit an inquiry through our website. Our admissions team will walk you through the intake process, verify insurance if applicable, and help schedule your first appointment. We are here to answer your questions and support you every step of the way.

What do I need to bring to my appointment?

Taking the step to schedule and attend your first appointment is an important part of starting your recovery journey. Our team is here to support you every step of the way!

Please arrive on time with a state-issued ID, your insurance card, and a list of any medications you are currently taking. As part of your visit, you will be asked to provide a routine, judgment-free urine sample to help us tailor your treatment plan to your needs.

What will happen at my first appointment?

You will meet with members of our care team (including medical providers and counselors) for an evaluation to help form an individualized plan of care. When appropriate, prescriptions for medications will be ordered the same day and may be filled at most pharmacies.

Intake appointments typically last around two hours.

Can I bring someone with me?

Yes, you can absolutely bring a support person who will encourage and assist you through your treatment.

What insurance does Southwestern Recovery Center accept?

Southwestern Recovery Center accepts a wide range of insurance and payment options to help make treatment accessible.

We accept Medicaid and Medicare and are in network with most major private health insurance plans, including, but not limited to, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medical Mutual, United Healthcare, and Cigna.

We also have affordable self-pay options for those without insurance. Our admissions team can help verify your specific plan and explain how insurance may cover your care.
